Pioneer Christmas

The 15th annual Pioneer Christmas will be held on Saturday, December 4th, 2010 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Admission is $3.00 for adults, children 12 and under are free. Everyone is welcome to attend!

A variety of activities are planned

  • Pioneer crafts
  • Visit with Santa Claus
  • Christmas carolers
  • Many demonstrations including blacksmithing, candle making, spinning and weaving, and more
  • Horse-drawn sleigh rides
  • Tour all of our historic buildings, and see the new Newspaper Office
  • Hear historic stories about the Stockade
  • And much more

An assortment of food and beverages will be served

  • Hot homemade beef or sausage stew
  • Fry bread
  • Lefse
  • Homemade ice cream
  • Old fashioned root beer
  • Coffee
